For your shopping convenience, we utilize an easy-to-use shopping system by Paypal to handle your order.
Custom colors may be requested via the Custom Form or Email. Our Email address is: firstname.lastname@example.org
If the glass color is not specified on your order you will receive whatever color we have on hand at the time.
Please keep in mind that colors depicted on a computer can vary from the actual glass.
There is a $75 design fee charge for each custom design. The fee will be deducted from the final cost of the finished panel. Essentially the design is free with purchase of item. Should you decide not to proceed with the order then the design fee is not refundable. Credit will be issued only for the number of items ordered. When you receive your design you may request minor changes. New designs or major changes will be charged an additional design fee.
We also work with photographs of pets. Please submit several photos of your pet in poses you like.
I will send you a full color design via Email for your approval. At this time you can request changes in the pattern or colors. I will make 3 attempts to adjust the pattern to your liking.
For Custom Order Processing
Once the design has been settled on I will invoice you for 50% which will need to be paid prior to the work beginning. The balance plus shipping will be invoiced when the item is ready to ship. The design fee (if applicable) will be deducted from your final invoice. It is sometimes necessary to send a third invoice for shipping especially when large items have to be crated.
Order processing, creation and shipping of an order may take approximately 2 -4 weeks depending on the number of orders ahead of you and how large your project is.
No orders will be shipped until payment is made and fully cleared. All shipments are sent fully insured for value. Shipping charges which are based on weight and your zip code will be added to the purchase price as soon as determined and prior to shipping. You may receive a separate invoice for shipping. Since custom stained glass varies so much in size and weight it is not possible to determine this at the time of ordering.
Items damaged during shipment will be replaced or repaired at the discretion and determination of the shipping company. Make sure to inspect your order at the time of delivery and do not sign for it until you have done so.
In the event a panel is damaged it is imperative you retain all packaging and boxing material. You may be asked to provide photos of the broken panel, packaging material and the exterior of the box.
SHIPPERS WILL NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES.
You will be notified by e-mail when your order is ready to be shipped along with any shipping fees. The balance and shipping fees must be paid prior to release of shipment.
Since windows and cabinets are custom made to order they are not returnable unless damaged in transit. If the item has been damaged then the shipper should be notified and a claim filed. The shipper may require the item to be returned for repair or replacement.
