General Questions

Q: How do I clean and maintain my stained glass?
A: Use a soft cloth with soapy water. Do not use glass cleaner as this will remove the was coating. Avoid abrasive materials and ammonia-based cleaners, as they can damage the solder lines. Lightly buffy dry with a clean soft cloth. Be careful to not press too hard as this can crack the glass.

Q: Do you offer repairs for damaged stained glass?
A: Yes, I offer repair services depending on the extent of the damage and method of construction. If you have a piece that needs repair, please send me photos, and I can assess whether it can be fixed.

Q: Do you sell ready-made stained glass, or is everything custom?
A: While most of my work is custom, I do occasionally have ready-made pieces available. Check my shop page to see if there are any in stock!

The final product turned out better than I expected, arrived before I was expecting it, and fit perfectly in the transom I was replacing the glass in. I 100% recommend and will be getting more stained glass from her in the near future.

Pam was great to work with. She took my requirements and made them into something beautiful. She was timely and informative through the entire process. I would certainly recommend her for stained glass work and will hopefully use her again someday! Attached is the finished glass pane in my almost finished restored window.
